THIS IS FOR REQUESTS WITHOUT REQUIRED TRAINING:

RATINGS NOT OBTAINED THROUGH OUR SCHOOL: reviews of documents/videos/etc to assess rating requirements met; issue tests; reviewing completed tests with students; administration of rating with USHPA

TANDEM/INSTRUCTOR RENEWALS: review documents/videos/etc to assess that certifications can be renewed administratively without need for an additional clinic; renewal of certifications with USHPA

CONVERTED RATINGS: review documents/videos/etc to assess and administer ratings conversions from other countries.
